This website (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent guide to whale shark and sea lion tours in La Paz, Baja California Sur. It links to tours sold on Viator and GetYourGuide and earns a commission on bookings made through those links. This page explains how we handle your personal data.
Important: where bookings are processed
Booking data (name, payment details, contact information) is collected and processed by the booking platform you choose, Viator or GetYourGuide, not by this website. When you book, you give your information directly to that platform under its own privacy policy.
Information we collect
This website collects minimal information:
- Website analytics: we use Google Analytics (with IP anonymization) to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, time on site and general location (city or country level).
- Email: if you email us, we keep your address and message to reply.
We do not collect, store or process payment information, booking details, passport or ID numbers, or precise location data.
